Johanna Rincón is the Founder and CEO at Internal Alignment LLC where she equips, inspires and empower people to be the best version of themselves and live life to the fullest. She accomplish this through Personal Growth and Leadership Development, including developing Effective Communication Skills through training, coaching and mentoring sessions. She is a Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team, Certified Human Behavior Consultant DISC and a Maxwell Certified Parenting and Family Coach.
Johanna also serves in the capacity of Leadership Success Coach in Newark Alliance with the Newark 2020 Hiring Initiative, where she helps individuals to identify possible career options, and recommends possible solutions to the career path, and prepare individuals for the the next steps to accomplish the career goals.
Before starting her coaching business, Johanna spent 17 years in the hospitality industry in several positions such as Front Office Manager, Director of Guest Relations and Conference Services Manager. She works with one of the most successful luxurious hospitality companies in the world the Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts and previously worked for The Peninsula Hotels. After a successful career she takes all her years of experience in service to elevate the mindset of her clients through her coaching practice in English and Spanish.
